Laying of PCC Different Streets of Bhutto Basti at Chak No.39/GB Satyana Faisalabad

The District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound, and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for the laying of PCC on different streets of Bhutto Basti at Chak No.39/GB Satyana Faisalabad for the Financial Year 2026–27. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended). Items being procured: - Laying of PCC on different streets of Bhutto Basti at Chak No.39/GB Satyana Faisalabad The scope includes the supply and laying of PCC material on specified streets within Bhutto Basti, ensuring quality and compliance with technical specifications available on the Punjab e-PS portal. Bidders must be registered with the relevant PEC category and have valid FBR/ATL registration. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 449,700 must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System up to 10:00 AM on 26-10-2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Only electronic bids submitted through Punjab e-PS will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will be rejected. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations.
