The projects are located in multiple areas within Sibi district, requiring contractors to have relevant experience in similar infrastructure and solar power works. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline. Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature in the last three years. An audit report for the last three years and registration with tax authorities (NTN and Sales Tax Department) are mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Senior Assistant Director Local Government Sibi upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 in the form of a Green Challan deposited in the National Bank of Pakistan account. Earnest money of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of a valid Engineering Council certificate and income tax certificate (NTN).
