Lease of Cafeteria and Shops at Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bahawalpur

Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bahawalpur invites bids for leasing its cafeteria and various shops located on campus. Items/Properties being leased: - Lot 02: Main Cafeteria with minimum per month advance rent Rs. 50,000 and bid security Rs. 30,000 - Lot 03: Tuck Shop with photostat and composing between Academic Block I and II, minimum rent Rs. 5,000, bid security Rs. 3,000 - Lot 04: Tuck Shop - VTH, minimum rent Rs. 5,000, bid security Rs. 3,000 - Lot 05: Fruit / Vegetable Shop, minimum rent Rs. 4,000, bid security Rs. 2,400 - Lot 06: General Store / Souvenir Shop, minimum rent Rs. 4,000, bid security Rs. 2,400 - Lot 07: Barber Shop, minimum rent Rs. 4,000, bid security Rs. 2,400 - Lot 08: Laundry Shop, minimum rent Rs. 4,000, bid security Rs. 2,400 The contract for the cafeteria will be allotted for one year with an option to extend for another year based on satisfactory performance as recommended by the Mess & Cafeteria Committee. Interested firms must submit separate tender documents and bid security for each lot. Applications with combined bids without separate securities will be disqualified. Preference will be given to bidders quoting the maximum monthly rent. The Cafeteria Committee reserves the right to allocate any unawarded lot at its discretion. Evaluation will be on an item-wise basis. Bidders should ensure timely submission before the closing date of 18-09-2026 at 11:30 PM.
