LEASE: College Canteen at Govt Graduate College for Women Bahawalpur for Academic Year 2026-2027

Govt Graduate College for Women Bahawalpur invites sealed applications for the lease of its college canteen for the academic year 2026-2027. The opportunity is open to interested female applicants only, and the canteen is located within the college premises on Dohi Mehal Road, Bahawalpur. The lease is being offered through a competitive process, and all terms and conditions are outlined in the official notice. Items being leased: - College canteen facility for the academic year 2026-2027 (one year lease) Applicants must submit their written applications along with a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1500. The minimum annual reserve price for the canteen lease is set at Rs. 200000. Earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR amounting to 10 percent of the annual reserve price must be attached with the application. Only those applications received by 16 September 2026 before 11:00 AM will be considered. The auction/selection process will be conducted on 17 September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the college office. Applicants must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements, including submission of the required earnest money and application fee. The successful bidder will be required to sign a formal agreement and comply with all college rules and regulations regarding canteen operations. In case of failure to fulfill contractual obligations, the earnest money will be forfeited. The college reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
