Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites sealed bids from individuals, builders, and firms for the lease of commercial land plots in multiple economic zones including Hattar, Bannu, Mohmand, and Nowshera. The lease period is initially thirty years, extendable as per prevailing rules and regulations of KPEZDMC. The commercial plots vary in size from 0.419 kanals to 4.43 kanals with reserve prices ranging from PKR 5.028 million to PKR 48 million depending on the zone and plot size.
Interested bidders can collect bid solicitation documents from the respective economic zone offices or the KPEZDMC Head Office in Peshawar upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 per plot in the form of a call deposit. The sealed bids must be submitted by or before 12:00 pm on 22 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 12:30 pm the same day at the KPEZDMC Head Office, Plot No. 23, Street No. 13, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar. A bid security of 5% of the quoted amount is required for each plot in the form of a call deposit, refundable upon completion of the auction process.
Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including valid registration with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate relevant experience in commercial property leasing or development. The auction process is governed by KPEZDMC and KPPRA rules, and late bids will not be entertained. It is advisable to visit the economic zones during office hours to inspect the plots before bidding.
