Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the lease of a foreign currency exchange booth/counter at Karachi International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. This opportunity is for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a currency exchange booth/counter No. 03, along with a small cubicle located inside Room No. 2314, Concourse Area (Eastern Side) at Level –II of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi.
Items being auctioned/leased:
- Establish, Operate and Maintain Foreign Currency Exchange Booth / Counter No. 03 along with Small Cubicle located inside Room no. 2314, Concourse Area (Eastern Side) at Level –II of Jinnah Terminal JIAP, Karachi (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,200,000/- per month; License Period: Five (05) years or till outsourcing of Airport, whichever is earlier)
The technical scope includes the full setup and operation of a currency exchange facility within the specified terminal area, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements of the airport. The license period is for five years or until the airport is outsourced, whichever comes first. The reserve price is set at Rs. 3,200,000 per month, and the successful bidder will be responsible for all operational aspects as per PAA guidelines.
Eligible bidders must purchase tender documents by 29-09-2026 and submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000. Earnest money and other eligibility criteria are as per the tender documents. Bids must be submitted in sealed form at the Main Conference Room (Room No. 6053), Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi, by 11:00 am on 30-09-2026. The opening will take place at 11:30 am the same day and venue.
