Tender Description
Lease opportunity in Lahore for a petrol pump site at PAEC Foundation Housing Project by Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Foundation. This tender invites reputable Oil Marketing Companies and dealers to bid for a 2 Kanal commercial plot for a 15-year lease with possible extension.
The site located in Block A of the housing project requires the successful bidder to establish and operate a petrol pump independently. The scope includes land conversion, construction per OGRA and LDA regulations, installation of underground tanks, dispensing units, canopy, and safety systems. The project demands strict adherence to safety and operational standards, ensuring smooth vehicular circulation and modern fuel station facilities.
Bidders must be registered with the Government of Pakistan, FBR, and OGRA, with at least two operational petrol pumps nationwide. Compliance with FBR/ATL and PEC requirements is essential, and bidders should ensure all tax obligations and documentation are in order for the 2025-26 financial year. The bid security of PKR 350,000 is mandatory, and the contract includes yearly rent with a minimum 10% annual increase.
Submission deadline is by the end of the year, with bids to be submitted in sealed envelopes marked Technical and Financial Proposals to the Project Director at PAEC Foundation Housing Project, Canal Bank Road, Lahore. The bid opening and evaluation will follow PPRA rules strictly.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the lease terms regarding earnest money forfeiture and contract signing on stamp paper. Missing any required documents or undertakings can lead to immediate disqualification, so ensure all paperwork is complete and properly attested.
