Amin Karishtehmand Kalat Balochistan is inviting sealed bids for the lease of pine nut (chalghoza) collection rights for the financial year 2026-2027 in various forest compartments of Kalat district. This opportunity is open to interested parties who wish to acquire the exclusive rights to collect pine nuts from designated forest areas for the specified season. The auction will be conducted at the office of the Amin Karishtehmand Kalat, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate as per the schedule below.
Items being auctioned:
- Compartment No. 1: Reserve price Rs. 175000, auction at 10:30 AM on 07-09-2026
- Compartment No. 2: Reserve price Rs. 75000, auction at 12:00 PM on 07-09-2026
- Compartment No. 3: Reserve price Rs. 60000, auction at 02:00 PM on 07-09-2026
The technical scope includes the exclusive collection of pine nuts from the specified compartments for the entire season. Bidders must ensure compliance with all forest regulations and environmental guidelines during the collection process. Only those with relevant experience in forest produce collection and the ability to provide the required earnest money (Bid Security) will be considered eligible. The successful bidder must deposit 40 percent of the bid amount within 60 days and the remaining 60 percent as per the terms outlined in the notice.
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical Envelope, along with the required documentation and earnest money. The deadline for submission is **07-09-2026**. Bidders are advised to visit the forest compartments prior to the auction to assess the potential yield and prepare their bids accordingly. For best results, ensure all documents are complete and the earnest money is attached to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
