Lease Rights for Modern Retail Complex at Multiple Locations by Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company

The Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for the grant of lease rights for a Design, Finance, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DFBOT) model of a Modern Retail Complex. This complex includes a Fuel Station with Allied Facilities, EV Charging Station, International/National Food Chain Outlets, Convenience Store/Mart, and Pharmacy. The lease period is 21 years, extendable for another 21 years, with an annual rent increase of 8% compounded. Mobilization period is 12 months from the date of possession. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08-September-2026 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office or via Zoom.
