Lease of Travel Requisite, Gifts & Handicraft Shop at Quetta International Airport

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease of a shop space measuring 114 Sq.ft. located in the International Departure Lounge of Quetta International Airport (QIAP), Quetta. The concession is for establishing, maintaining, and operating a Travel Requisite, Gifts & Handicraft Shop for a period of five (05) years. The monthly reserve price for the lease is set at Rs. 47,000/- with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Items involved in this lease include the shop space of 114 Sq.ft. within the airport lounge designated for travel requisites, gifts, and handicraft items. The lease offers a prime commercial opportunity at a major airport in Quetta, suitable for businesses specializing in travel-related retail and handicrafts. Interested bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The technical evaluation will carry 80% weightage. Bidders must provide a written request with CNIC and NTN certificates along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000/- via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority to obtain tender forms. Tender documents, including separate sealed Technical and Financial offers, must be submitted in one envelope clearly marked with the concession name. Documents are to be dropped in the designated tender box at the office of the Airport Manager/COO, Quetta International Airport by 20-10-2026 at 11:30 hrs. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after submission in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Submission of fake or tempered documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Outstanding dues must be cleared prior to financial bid opening.
