Tender Description
PIA Holding Company Limited invites proposals from qualified law firms for the appointment of a Legal Advisor on a retainership basis. The selected firm will provide comprehensive legal advisory services including corporate, commercial, regulatory governance, litigation support, and assistance with privatization matters for a period of one year, extendable for two additional years.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA E-PADS portal and a hard copy delivered to the Manager Legal office in Islamabad by 7th January 2026 at 3:00 PM. The contract includes a monthly retainer covering 15 hours of legal advisory services with additional hours billed separately. Evaluation will be based on technical and financial proposals under PPRA rules.
