Tender Description
The Ministry of National Food Security and Research (MNFSR) Islamabad invites applications for licensing private companies for wheat procurement, handling, and storage services under the national strategic reserves program. This tender covers procurement and storage services in the agricultural inputs category for Islamabad.
The scope includes procurement, handling, storage, quality control, reporting, and compliance for 1.5 million metric tons of wheat divided into 150 lots of 10,000 MT each. Licensed firms will operate under MNFSR supervision and must demonstrate financial and technical capacity including warehousing and laboratory facilities.
Applications must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal by January 14, 2026, 11:00 AM PST. The process follows PPRA rules and is open to eligible Pakistani firms or joint ventures. Multiple contracts will be awarded based on qualification and operational needs.
