Addition of 02 Nos. 220kV Line Bays at Existing 220/132kV Grid Station Daharki

**National Grid Company (NGC) of Pakistan** invites technically and financially qualified contractors for complete civil works, transportation, erection, installation, testing and commissioning for addition of two 220kV line bays at the existing 220/132kV Grid Station Daharki, under NGC own resources. The contract includes one lot and has a completion period of 180 days from commencement, or 30 days from final approved shutdown, whichever is later. Mandatory BOQ scope includes: civil works comprising site clearing and grubbing, Lot 1; borrow filling of 6,000 cu.m and excavated-site filling of 2,000 cu.m; 220kV equipment and gantry foundations including post insulator No. 19, circuit breaker Set 4, CT/CVT/CCVT/LT No. 21, surge arrester No. 6, bus/line isolator Set 10, high-level gantry No. 8, and low-level gantries No. 4 each for the two specified designs; Type-A, B, C and D cable trenches of 100, 300, 150 and 120 linear metres; trench culverts of 10, 20 and 10 linear metres; draw pits; 150 linear metres PCC road; 250 linear metres RCC pipes; PVC conduits of 1,000, 500 and 250 linear metres; 850 cu.m gravel; and extra BOQ items including excavation 500 cu.m, lean concrete 150 cu.m, RCC 150 cu.m, Grade 60 reinforcement 2,000 kg, brickwork 125 cu.m, plaster 500 sq.m and 20 GI platform units. Electrical works include circuit breakers Set 4, isolators Set 10, CTs No. 12, CVTs No. 9, surge arresters No. 6, post insulators No. 19, main busbars, strain buses and shield wire Lots 1 each, gantry beams and columns, earthing, lighting Lot 1, firefighting extinguishers, and testing and commissioning Lot 1. Bidders must hold appropriate PEC licensing, relevant 220kV experience, financial capacity, positive net worth, ATL status and non-blacklisting declarations. Bid security must equal at least **2%** of bid price. Submit the bid security by **24 August 2026 at 11:00 HRS** to Executive Engineer EHV-II S&I Division, NGC 132 KV Grid Station, Shahbazpur Road, Rahim Yar Khan. Technical bids close on EPADS at **24 August 2026 at 11:00 HRS** and open at 11:30 HRS.
