Procurement of T-2079 Lineman Safety Boot for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2079 Lineman Safety Boots under contract reference P122611 for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and possess valid prototype approval. Experience with satisfactory performance in QESCO or other DISCOs for safety shoes over the last two years is mandatory. Bid security must be submitted as per the bidding documents. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline of Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
