Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of approximately 900000 cubic meters per year of Liquid Medical Oxygen with V.I.E charges and refilling of various types of medical gas cylinders including oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, helium, and nitrous oxide for NICVD Karachi. The procurement is for the fiscal year 2025-2026 and requires compliance with strict quality, safety, and manufacturing standards including British, US, or European Pharmacopoeia and ISO guidelines.
Bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized distributors with valid tax registrations and demonstrate capability for production, quality control, and emergency response related to medical gas supply. Submission is through the Sindh EPADS online portal with a bid security of 1% of the quoted amount. The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted together and opened on 23 December 2025 at 11:30 a.m.
