Loading, Carriage, Safe Handling and Erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles under MEPCO Operation Division Muzaffar Garh

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites sealed tenders for the safe handling, carriage, and erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles under the jurisdiction of MEPCO Operation Division Muzaffar Garh. The work includes loading, carriage, safe handling, and erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles for new connections, deposit works, and chain proposals under DOP/ELR. Items being procured: - Loading/Carriage/Safe handling/Erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles under MEPCO Operation Division Muzaffar Garh for new connection, deposit works, chain proposal under DOP/ELR. The contractor must be an approved contractor for Pakistan Engineering Council under code EE04 EE05. Contractors are invited for different sets of works under the jurisdiction of XEN (OP) MEPCO Division Muzaffar Garh. Contractors already working must attach a performance certificate from their respective SDO along with bidding documents. Earnest money of 2% of the bid amount in the form of CDR must accompany the tender. The tender fee is Rs. 2000/- each (non-refundable) to be deposited with XEN (OP) MEPCO Division Muzaffar Garh. Tender documents will be available on 27-10-2026 from 09:00 to 11:00 AM from the office of XEN (OP) MEPCO Division Muzaffar Garh. Tender documents will be received on 28-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of XEN (OP) MEPCO Division Muzaffar Garh. The tender will be opened on 28-10-2026 at 11:30 AM at the same office.
