Hiring of Local Chemist for Supply of Medicines to Jinnah Hydel Power Station Employees

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through the Resident Engineer at Jinnah Hydel Power Station (JHPS), Kotchandna, invites bids from local chemists and pharmacies registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement is for the supply of Local Purchase (LP) medicines to employees of JHPS who avail medical facilities from the Fortified M.I. Room at the station. Medicines will be supplied against Green Slips with a rebate or discount on the M.R.P. Items being procured: - Supply of Local Purchase medicines for JHPS employees The contract is for a period of one year under a Framework Agreement. Bidders must be duly registered and compliant with tax regulations. The bid security required is Rs. 30,000/- in the form of CDR, Banker's Cheque, or Pay Order in favor of the Resident Engineer JHP Station, with the firm's name mentioned on the instrument. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid security, validity, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee can be obtained from the office of the Resident Engineer during working hours upon submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- via CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or online deposit to United Bank Limited, Iskandarabad Branch. Bids must be submitted manually to the office of the Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kotchandna, on or before the closing date. The bids will be opened manually in the Conference Room of the Resident Engineer's office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
