Local Purchase of Medicines for Prime Minister's Office (Internal)

The Prime Minister's Office (Internal) Islamabad invites bids from reputed firms registered in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with E-PADS 2.0 and holding valid/active GST/NTN numbers for the local purchase of medicines during the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Medicines for local purchase Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and requirements are available for registered bidders on the E-PADS portal and www.epms.ppra.org.pk. Interested firms must submit their bids electronically on E-PADS and also provide tender documents physically at the R&I Section of the Prime Minister's Office (Internal) by 29th September 2026 before 11:00 a.m. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. All applicable government taxes must be included in the tender prices. Eligibility criteria include registration with E-PADS 2.0, valid GST/NTN, and experience in supplying medicines. Earnest money or bid security requirements are as per PPRA rules. The tendering authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Section 33 of the PPRA Rules.
