Logistic Park Truck Terminal Establishment Near Northern Bypass M-10 Karachi

Sindh Mass Transit Authority is inviting bids for the establishment of a Logistic Park and Truck Terminal near the Northern Bypass (M-10) in Karachi. This is a major infrastructure project aimed at improving the logistics and transportation network in the city. The project will facilitate the movement and parking of heavy vehicles, providing a dedicated space for truck operations and related logistics activities. Items being procured: - Establishment of Logistic Park (scope includes civil works, site development, and infrastructure) - Construction of Truck Terminal (including parking bays, terminal facilities, and associated amenities) The technical scope covers all necessary civil works, site preparation, construction of terminal buildings, parking areas, and installation of required utilities. The project is designed to streamline truck movement and reduce congestion in Karachi by providing a modern, purpose-built facility near the M-10 bypass. Eligible bidders must comply with SPPRA rules and submit their proposals through the EPAD system and bank as specified. No public funding is involved in this procurement. Bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 during the bid submission period from 2026-10-19 to 2026-11-18. The first pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-10-28 at 3:00 PM at the SMTA office, and the second pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-11-09 at 3:00 PM. All proposals must be submitted to the SMTA office by 2026-11-19 at 2:30 PM. A bid security of 25 million PKR must be submitted in the form of a pay order, not a technical presentation.
