The site is located in Bahawalpur, requiring operators with proven experience in fuel station management and commercial facility operations. The lease term is a minimum of 20 years, ensuring long-term commitment and investment security. Eligibility criteria require legally registered companies, firms, or OMCs in Pakistan with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
