Procurement of T-2067 LT Current Transformers (100/5 AMP, 200/5 AMP & 400/5 AMP) for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2067 LT Current Transformers (CTs) with specifications of 100/5 AMP, 200/5 AMP, and 400/5 AMP. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - LT CTs 100/5 Amp, Quantity: 2396 units - LT CTs 200/5 Amp, Quantity: 153 units - LT CTs 400/5 Amp, Quantity: 84 units The delivery location for all items is the QESCO Regional Store at Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. The delivery schedule is divided into two periods: 1 to 60 days and 61 to 120 days for each item quantity. The CTs must conform to DDS-80:2007 specifications (amended to date). Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and PPMC (former PEPCO) and have valid prototype approval. Experience with QESCO, DISCOs, or NTDC in supplying similar LT CTs over the last two years is required. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical evaluation will ensure compliance with specifications and eligibility criteria. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
