Procurement of M2M 4G/2G SIM Cards and Connectivity for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Meters

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites prequalification applications from national Telco companies for the procurement of M2M 4G/2G SIM cards and connectivity services to support Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters. This procurement aims to establish an Open Framework Agreement for the on-demand supply of Telco services through subsequent Call-off Contracts with successful bidders. Items being procured: - M2M 4G SIM Cards - M2M 2G SIM Cards - Connectivity services for AMI meters The scope includes supply and connectivity services for AMI meters installed across IESCO's network in Islamabad. Interested applicants must fulfill eligibility criteria detailed in the Prequalification Documents, including valid FBR registration and relevant experience. A nonrefundable fee of Rs. 5000 is required to purchase the Prequalification Documents, which can be obtained from the office of the Chief Engineer (MM) at IESCO Headquarters, Sector G-7/4, Street #40 during office hours (08:00 to 16:00). Applications must be submitted in clearly marked envelopes to the same address by 11:00 AM on 04.09.2026. Late submissions will be rejected. In case of holidays or office closure, submissions will be accepted on the next working day at the same time and venue. This notice is also available on PPRA and IESCO websites. Bidders are advised to carefully review the Prequalification Documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Procuring services through a framework agreement allows flexibility and multiple call-offs, so maintaining compliance and readiness is essential for successful participation.
