The Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar is inviting bids for the contract of the Main Wing CMH Peshawar Canteen. This procurement is specifically for the operation and management of the canteen services within the hospital premises in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The contract will be awarded on a Build Operate Transfer (BOT) basis, where the highest priced among technically qualified bids will be accepted. The evaluation criteria include financial strength with bank statements showing annual transactions of last 30 June 2026, experience certificates, and performance certificates of institutions served. The tender will be evaluated 80% on technical marks and 20% on financial evaluation. Technical evaluation includes experience of running canteen for 3-5 years, financial strength with bank statements showing transactions of 30 million PKR or more, and government institution experience certificates. Mandatory documents include NTN registration, last 3 years bank statements, KPRA active certificate, sales tax registration, income tax return, and registration with Food Authority. Bids without mandatory documents will not be considered. The firm must not be blacklisted anywhere in Pakistan and must have 4 years of experience in any CMH mandatory. The closing date for submission is 7 days after the publish date or 24 December 2023 if publish date is unknown.
