Wah Industries Limited, through its production unit Hi Tech Plastics located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, is inviting sealed quotations for the procurement of various maintenance and assembly items. This procurement is critical for ongoing operations and maintenance activities at the facility. Items being procured: - Hyd Pressure Gauge 250 Bar Large (WIKA) 24 Nos - Hyd Pressure Gauge 250 Bar Small (WIKA) 24 Nos - Hyd Pressure Gauge 9, 14 Bar (WIKA) 4 Each - Hyd Pressure Gauge 25, 400 Bar (WIKA) 4 Each - Clamp Switch Gauge 3500 PSI, 250 Bar (Model HCE) 6 Nos - Air Pressure Switch 15 Bar (LEGEN) 6 Nos - Vertical Drill Machine (Fixed) 3 Nos - Drill 3.2x25mm 48 Nos The technical scope includes supply of precision hydraulic pressure gauges from WIKA, clamp switch gauges, air pressure switches, and fixed vertical drill machines along with drills. All items must conform to the specifications detailed in the tender schedule. Delivery is to be made free of cost at Hi Tech Plastics, Wah Cantt. The supplier must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide valid Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax clearance certificates. Experience with government or semi-government organizations such as POF or Wah Industries Limited is mandatory. The technical team will conduct a verification visit to the manufacturing premises before issuance of the Letter of Acceptance or after technical bid opening. The tender follows a single stage two envelope method requiring separate sealed technical and commercial bids. Earnest Money of Rs 50,000 in the form of Pay Order/CDR must accompany the technical bid. Tender fee of Rs 2,500 is also mandatory. The bids must be submitted to the POF Bids Centre, Wah Cantt, by courier or air mail before 11:30 AM on 19-08-2026. The tender opening will be held at 12:00 PM the same day.
