Maintenance Contract of D.G Set Installed at State Life Buildings Karachi

This tender invites qualified contractors for the maintenance contract of Diesel Generator (D.G) Sets installed at State Life Buildings in Karachi under the Real Estate Division of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. The contract requires six visits annually on alternate months for routine maintenance and servicing of multiple D.G Sets of varying capacities and makes including Siemens 135 kVA, CAT 200 kVA and 250 kVA, ONAN 350 kVA, SDMO 550 kVA, Perkins 150 kVA and 20 kVA models. Items being procured: - Maintenance visits (6 per annum) for D.G Sets - Replacement of consumable parts including all types of filters (air, water, fuel, oil), engine oil, battery water, coolant - Major repairs and replacement of engine parts, alternator parts, safety devices, canopy - Emergency and corrective maintenance services - Backup canopied generator rental during major repairs The scope covers cleaning and tightening of excitation units, alternators, circuit breakers, checking protections, battery maintenance, fuel and oil leak inspections, radiator and hose pipe checks, and other electrical and mechanical servicing tasks as per manufacturer recommendations. Contractors must provide qualified engineers and maintain detailed service logs with signatures from State Life representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid GST, NTN, SST certificates, affidavit of non-blacklisting, authorized distributor status for D.G Sets, and minimum three similar maintenance contracts in the last five years. Bids must be submitted via the e-procurement system EPADS V.2.0 by 19-08-2026 at 11:00 a.m. Original bid security of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of a pay order must reach the Real Estate Division office before bid opening. The contract duration is one year with payments made after each visit subject to verified service reports.
