The Bhakkar Forest Division invites bids for the maintenance of forest parks at Bhakkar Forest Park in Bhakkar city. This procurement covers detailed maintenance works on forest park areas including landscaping, planting, irrigation, and general upkeep to ensure the preservation and enhancement of the park's natural environment. Items being procured: - Maintenance of Forest Parks-Bhakkar Forest Park at Bhakkar (04.00 Acres, Rs. 0.700 Million) Details per 1 Acre include: 1. Cleaning of grassy lawn including weeding and hoeing 8 times (8 Acres) 2. Cost of ornamental plants (5-6 ft height) including carriage; plants to be provided by contractor (50 Nos.) 3. Planting of ornamental plants including carriage etc. (50 Nos.) 4. Flow irrigation 30 times (30 Acres) 5. Lawn mowing / POL charges with mechanical lawn mower 10 times (10 Acres) 6. Provision of fertilizer / farm yard manure / pesticide / unforeseen expenditure (1 Acre) Rate per Acre: Rs. 175,000/- - Maintenance of Forest Parks (15.00 Acres, Rs. 0.249 Million) Details per 1 Acre include: 1. Silt clearance of Khals (263 Cft) 2. Noke safai etc. (510 Rft) 3. Irrigation 30 times (30 Acres) 4. Fertilizer / farm yard manure / pesticide / unforeseen (1 Acre) Rate per Acre: Rs. 16,600/- The total estimated cost for the entire maintenance work is Rs. 130.538 Million. The scope includes cleaning, planting, irrigation, lawn mowing, and provision of fertilizers and pesticides. The contractor is responsible for providing ornamental plants and all necessary machinery and equipment for maintenance. The work must be completed within the planting season and monitored throughout the financial year. The contractor must ensure protection of plantation work and maintain the area as per department standards. Eligibility requires valid registration with PEC in the relevant category, FBR/ATL registration, SECP and FSRD registration, and submission of a 5% bid security (CPR) in the form of a bank guarantee. The contractor must have at least 10 similar work orders from the department and qualified staff with forest-related consultancy experience. Bids must be submitted electronically at www.cp.punjab.gov.pk by 10th October 2026 up to 02:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM.
