Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the maintenance and repair works of Government Girls High School Missan Wadi located in Taluka Jhando Mari, District Tando Allahyar, Sindh. The Education Works Division, Tando Allahyar requires experienced contractors to undertake civil works including dismantling, excavation, brickwork, RCC, plastering, painting, and sanitary fittings. The project involves comprehensive repair and refurbishment of school infrastructure, ensuring structural integrity and improved facilities for students and staff.
The scope covers a variety of construction activities such as dismantling old brickwork and concrete, excavation for foundations, laying new brickwork and RCC, plastering internal and external walls, flooring with cement concrete and paving blocks, and painting. Additionally, water supply and sanitary fittings including installation of W.C. pans, lavatory basins, and piping are included.
