Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Hyderabad to participate in the Maintenance and Repair Programme 2025-2026 at GGLSS New Wahdat Colony, Taluka Qasimabad. The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Hyderabad requires comprehensive civil and sanitary works including dismantling, brickwork, reinforced concrete, fixing GI frames, joinery, painting, and plumbing fittings. The site is located in Hyderabad, Sindh, and involves detailed structural and finishing works with materials such as cement concrete, marble tiles, UPVC pipes, and sanitary fixtures.
The scope covers removal and replacement of doors, windows, plaster, brickwork, reinforced concrete, steel reinforcement, and sanitary installations. The works demand technical expertise in civil construction and plumbing, with adherence to quality standards and timely execution. Contractors must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category and demonstrate financial and technical capacity to handle the project within the stipulated four months completion period.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration, FBR/ATL status, and provide bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. The tender fee is PKR 3,000. The contract includes provisions for liquidated damages, defect liability period, and performance security.
