Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW), a premier shipbuilding and repair yard located at West Wharf Dockyard Road, Karachi, invites experienced and registered subcontractors to submit sealed bids for maintenance and repair works. The scope includes maintenance and repair of oxygen copper utility service lines at the repair station, repair of HPU hose carriage, and HPU protection container of SLTS. Items being procured: - Maintenance and repair of oxygen copper utility service lines - Repair of HPU hose carriage - Repair of HPU protection container Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, bid security requirements, bid validity, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee details are available at the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW. The bidding documents are priced at Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and have relevant experience in similar works. The bids (technical and commercial) must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted to the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW by the deadline of 28 September 2026 at 1100 hrs. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives. The date for opening commercial bids will be notified later.
