Tender Description
National Investment Trust Limited invites electronic bids through EPADS for principal backed annual maintenance support including parts and labor for Barracuda Email Security Gateway installed at its Head Office Karachi. The contract includes subscription services such as Energize Updates, Instant Replacement, and Barracuda Cloud Protection Layer with ATP, with a service period of one year and possible extension by mutual consent.
Bidders must be authorized partners of Barracuda, registered with tax authorities, and meet qualification criteria including prior experience and technical staff certification. Bids must be submitted online by January 1, 2026, 3:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM. No manual or physical bids will be accepted.
