Maintenance and Support Services for Servers and Switches

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Islamabad, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. This tender concerns the maintenance and support services for critical IT infrastructure including servers and switches. Items being procured: - Maintenance and Support Services for Dell Servers (18 units) - Maintenance and Support Services for Switches (2 units) - Maintenance and Support Services for H3C Servers (6 units) The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and support for Dell and H3C servers along with network switches, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Bidders must be capable of providing technical support and maintenance services in line with NADRA’s operational requirements. The services will be managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) platform, emphasizing electronic bid submission and evaluation. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR for Income and Sales Tax and to be on the ATL. Submission of bid security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Vendors must also provide hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration, Business Registration Proof, and an undertaking of non-blacklisting on company letterhead. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-31 at 11:00 AM at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. The final bid submission deadline is Thursday, 2026-08-13 at 11:00 AM, with electronic bids to be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
