Tender Description
This tender from SBP Banking Services Corporation in Karachi invites bids for the renewal of maintenance and technical support of Dell servers and blade chassis with allied components across Pakistan. The scope covers 34 Dell PowerEdge R740 rack servers countrywide and 20 Dell Blade Chassis with Blade Servers, Storage and SAN switches at the main Karachi campus. The contract period is three years starting from 1st April 2026. The maintenance includes 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, 365 days a year onsite support with next business day response. Replacement parts must be genuine and provided at no extra cost. The service provider must have verifiable offices in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad and demonstrate experience of at least two similar assignments in the last five years. Bidders must be OEM or authorized partners of Dell and registered with FBR appearing on the Active Taxpayer List. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 with a single stage two envelope procedure via the EPADS portal. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of PKR 300,000 for Package I and PKR 500,000 for Package II, submitted physically before the closing date. The contract requires a 5% performance guarantee.
