Annual Maintenance Civil Work and Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Systems in WSSP Zones A-E Peshawar FY 2026-27

Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) invites bids from eligible government contractors and firms for the annual maintenance civil work and repair of water supply, sewerage, and drainage systems within the jurisdiction of Zones A, B, C, D, and E of WSSP for the financial year 2026-27. The works are to be executed in Peshawar, and the procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in Category C-6 and above, with code CE-09, and should quote rates on an Above/Below System as per BOQ/Engineer's Estimate. Items being procured: - Package-I: Annual Maintenance Civil Work and Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems within the Jurisdiction of Zone-A WSSP (Estimate Cost: PKR 8 Million, Duration: Till 30th June 2027) - Package-II: Annual Maintenance & Civil Work Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems within the Jurisdiction of Zone-B WSSP (Estimate Cost: PKR 10 Million, Duration: Till 30th June 2027) - Package-III: Annual Maintenance & Civil Work Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems within the Jurisdiction of Zone-C WSSP (Estimate Cost: PKR 8 Million, Duration: Till 30th June 2027) - Package-IV: Annual Maintenance & Civil Work Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems within the Jurisdiction of Zone-D WSSP (Estimate Cost: PKR 7 Million, Duration: Till 30th June 2027) - Package-V: Annual Maintenance & Civil Work Repair of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage Systems within the Jurisdiction of Zone-E WSSP (Estimate Cost: PKR 7 Million, Duration: Till 30th June 2027) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works, repairs, and maintenance of water supply lines, sewerage networks, and drainage infrastructure across the specified zones. Bidders must submit a 2 percent CDR of the total bid price in the name of WSSP Contractor Securities, along with a non-refundable deposit of PKR 3000. Only bids submitted through the EPADS portal will be accepted, and all documents must be uploaded before the deadline of August 27, 2026, 11:00 am. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 am. Firms must be registered with KPRA and comply with all federal and provincial tax requirements. Subcontracting is not allowed, and each bidder may participate in up to two packages only. A practical tip: Ensure all required documents are uploaded clearly and completely on the EPADS portal, as incomplete or illegible submissions will be considered non-responsive and hard copies will not be accepted.
