Major Renovation Works of NBP Nulli Branch, R.O Mianwali

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Major Renovation Works of NBP Nulli Branch, R.O Mianwali. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding process using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring/wall tiles cladding, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and other materials - Dismantling R.C.C walls/slabs of strong room, locker room, and basement - Shifting/removing existing lockers, cash safes, and related items - Reinforcement cement concrete works including R.C.C walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work - Plaster work - P.C.C under floor and flooring - Porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, granite skirting, thresholds, and other flooring finishes - Glass doors, wooden doors, glass partitions, wooden partitions - Painting works including plastic emulsion, weather shield, and distemper - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets - Gypsum sheet false ceiling, wooden false ceiling, wooden rafters, cornice - Aluminum windows, louvers, blinds, stainless steel railing - Front elevation tiles, glazing, safety grills, collapsible doors, steel doors - Wooden wall/column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counter, tuff tiles, wooden hanging beam, logo/theme wall, imported frost paper, NBP glass logos - Stainless steel planters and trash bins - Enamel paint, ramp tiles - Overhead water tank, water pump - Standard strong room door - Plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., wash basins, kitchen sinks, toilet accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, brass valves, hot water storage heater - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes - Electrical wiring, power sockets, cable containment, data/voice wiring, distribution boards, burglar alarm system, earthing system - Fire extinguishers, CCTV wiring, LED lighting, fans, power sockets - Air-conditioning works including supply and installation of inverter AC units, copper piping, outdoor unit frames, UPVC ducts, drain piping, removal and reinstallation of AC units - Furniture works including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestal, CPU trolley, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the complete renovation as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, hold valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, and have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4 million in the last three years. Bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder following the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The contract period is 120 days from commencement. Performance security of 5% of contract price is required upon award. The Procuring agency/Employer reserves the right to reject all bids.
