Tender Description

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment work of the lower ground floor at its Main Branch (0374) located in Multan, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the infrastructure and facilities of the branch to meet modern standards and operational requirements. Items being procured include: - Dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings - Shifting of existing branch furniture, heavy duty safe, fire proof almirah, cash box - Dismantling of RCC walls of strong room and locker room - Reinforced cement concrete works including walls for vault, beams, lintels - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work of various thicknesses - Plaster work - PCC flooring and under floor parking area - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Granite skirting, stair and entrance podium - Glass doors (external and internal wooden frame) - Vanity counters, column cladding, wooden doors, partitions, front glazing - False ceilings including gypsum and wooden false ceilings - Internal and external paint works - Wooden cabinets for record room, banking hall, kitchen - Bulkhead, blinds, railing, front elevation tiles and glazing - Aluminum windows, safety grills, GI shutters, collapsible doors - Steel doors for ATM, guard room, emergency exit - Wall cladding, cash counters, termite proofing - Fiber glass shed, LCD/digital notice frame, logo/theme wall - Main holes, waterproofing, bitumen strong room - Plumbing fixtures and water supply system including hot water heaters - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system - External sewer and manholes - Electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, fans, power sockets - Data, voice, TV wiring and communication racks - Distribution boards and internal components - Earthing system including chemical enhanced earthing - Furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables - Split AC units 1.5 ton capacity with installation and accessories The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the complete execution of the works as per drawings, specifications, and instructions of the Consultant/Engineer. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, have completed at least two similar contracts of PKR 25 million or more, and be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and provincial revenue board. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT**. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM PKT via EPADS. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
