Major Renovation & Refurbishment Work of NBP Ghalla Mandi Branch (1602), Multan, Multan Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment work of the NBP Ghalla Mandi Branch (1602) located in Multan, Multan Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, front boundary wall and grills - Shifting of existing branch furniture, heavy duty safe and fire proof almirah of strong room/locker room - Dismantling of RCC wall of strong room and locker room - Reinforcement cement concrete (3000 PSI) for RCC walls and beams/lintels - Steel reinforcement bars - Brick masonry work (9'' and 4'' thick) - Plaster work (12mm thick) - PCC under floor and flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring and skirting - Granite on stairs, main entrance podium and threshold - Tempered glass doors (external and internal wooden frame) - Porcelain tiles on toilet walls and floors - Vanity counters with granite - Column cladding with MDF and tactile sheets - Wooden doors and partitions including glass partitions - Bulkhead and internal paint works - Wooden cabinets for record room, banking hall and kitchen - Gypsum sheet false ceiling including moisture resistant ceiling - Cornice, blinds, stainless steel railing - Front elevation tiles and wooden textured tiles - Aluminum windows and safety grills - Collapsible doors and steel doors for ATM, guard room and emergency exit - Wall cladding with laminated tactile sheets - Cash counters and wooden drawers - Roof screeding and waterproofing - Termite proofing - Door machines and hydraulic door closers - Tuff tiles and wooden false ceiling - Fiber glass shed - Logo/theme wall - Roof marble and perforated ceiling - Repairing aluminum composite material - Construction of main holes - Bitumen strong room - Concrete pavers - Wooden pelmet and wall paneling - Wooden rafters and removal/refixing of aluminum windows - RCC dog legged stair - 3D view design/drawings - Plumbing fixtures and installation including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, and accessories - Water supply system with PP-R pipes, GI pipes, valves, and hot water storage heater - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, industrial sockets, data/voice/TV wiring - Electrical LT cabling and fittings including LED lights, fans, power sockets, industrial sockets, data/voice fixtures, racks, distribution boards, earthing system - Fire extinguishers - As built drawings and testing - Furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, CPU trolley, revolving and visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables, writing desk - Split AC units (1.5 and 2 ton) with installation and accessories The technical scope covers all civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works as per detailed specifications and drawings. The site is the NBP Ghalla Mandi Branch in Multan. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, active FBR and provincial revenue board registration, and experience of at least three similar contracts of minimum PKR 5 million each completed in the last three years.
