Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the major renovation and refurbishment work of the NBP Korangi Industrial Area Branch (0255) located in Karachi West Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured include comprehensive civil works such as dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceilings, tile flooring, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, shifting of existing branch furniture and heavy-duty safes, dismantling of RCC walls of strong rooms, reinforced cement concrete works including walls and beams, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plaster work, PCC flooring and underfloor parking area, porcelain tiles, granite skirting and thresholds, glass doors (external and internal), wooden doors and partitions, front glazing, wooden veneer partitions, bulkheads, internal and external paint works, wooden cabinets for record rooms and banking halls, kitchen cabinets, gypsum sheet false ceilings, blinds, stainless steel railings, front elevation tiles and glazing, wooden textured tiles, aluminum windows, safety grills, GI shutters, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms, wall cladding, cash counters, wooden drawers, roof screeding, termite proofing, tough tiles, wooden false ceilings, fiber glass sheds, logo/theme walls, roof marble, perforated ceilings, manholes, waterproofing, bitumen strong rooms, aluminum louver shutters, concrete pavers, wooden pelmets, wooden rafters, stone soling, plumbing fixtures and installation, water supply systems, soil and waste drainage systems, electrical wiring and fittings, data and voice wiring, distribution boards, earthing systems, fire extinguishers, furniture including branch manager tables, officer tables, credenzas, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables, writing desks, reception counters, air conditioning units, and related installation and servicing works.
The technical scope covers all materials, site works, and installation as per detailed specifications and drawings. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, active FBR registration on the Active Taxpayer List, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and must have completed at least two similar contracts of minimum PKR 25 million in the last three years. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules.
