Tender Description

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment work of the NBP Model Colony Branch (1070) located in Karachi West Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the branch facilities with comprehensive civil works and related services. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, front boundary wall and grills - Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) work including walls for vault - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work with specified thickness and cement/sand ratio - Plain cement concrete (PCC) under floor and flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring and granite skirting - Tempered frameless glass doors and wooden doors with specified materials and finishes - Internal and external paint works including plastic emulsion, weather shield, enamel, and distemper - Wooden cabinets for record room and kitchen - False ceiling installation and repair - Cornice, blinds, stainless steel railing - Front elevation tiles including porcelain, center flex, and wooden textured tiles - Aluminum windows and safety grills - Collapsible steel grill doors - Steel doors for ATM, guard room, and emergency exit - Wall cladding with laminated textile sheets - Door machines and hydraulic door closers - Roof marble waterproofing - Aluminum louver shutters and glass frosted glitter paper - Repair and refixing of aluminum windows - Galvanized razor wire and angle brackets - Toilet hand spray and flush tank - Supply and installation of strong room/locker room door with fireproof and security features - Electrical works including circuit wiring, replacement of switches, distribution boards, LED lighting, network points, and dismantling of unnecessary wiring - Furniture including branch manager tables, officer tables, credenzas, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, sofas, center and side tables The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and workmanship as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, active on FBR Active Taxpayer List, and have completed at least three similar contracts of minimum PKR 5 million each in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS. A bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents.
