Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP S-Block Branch (0485) RO Islamabad

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the major renovation and refurbishment works of NBP S-Block Branch (0485) RO Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and debris disposal - Shifting/removing existing lockers, cash safes and related items - Reinforced cement concrete works (3000 PSI) including RCC walls - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - Plain cement concrete (PCC) under floor and flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured tiles and skirting - Granite on stairs and entrance podium - Glass doors including tempered frameless and wooden frame glass doors - Wooden doors including laminated MDF and flush wooden doors - Glass partitions and low height wooden partitions - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion and distemper - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets, gypsum sheet false ceiling, dumpa and wooden false ceilings - Wooden rafters and cornice - Aluminum windows, louver shutters and cabinets - Roller blinds, stainless steel railings - Front elevation tiles and safety grills - G.I. shutters and steel doors for ATM, guard room and emergency exit - Wooden wall/column cladding and PVC wall panels - Cash counters - Termite proofing and repair of aluminum windows - Wooden hanging beams - Logo/theme wall - Construction of main holes - Imported frost paper and NBP glass logos - Stainless steel planters and trash bins - Enamel paint - Plumbing fixtures and installation including European style WC, hand sprays, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories - Water supply system with PP-R pipes, brass valves, hot water storage heater, water transfer pump - Soil, waste vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes, floor traps, cleanouts, rain water gratings, cowls - External sewer and manholes with UPVC pipes, gully traps, manholes - Branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestal, CPU trolley - Revolving and non-revolving chairs for officers, managers, visitors - Waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Data, voice and TV wiring with Cat 6E cables, telephone cables, TV cables - Main/sub main electrical cables - Fittings, fixtures and accessories including LED lights, fans, power sockets - Cable containment with PVC conduits and dura ducts - Floor boxes, technological boxes, pull boxes - Data/voice fixtures and patch/drop cords - Racks, panels, telephone junction boxes - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, phase selector switches, change over switches, protective devices - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system with copper plates and conductors - Fire extinguishers - CCTV wiring - Signboard and mirror lights - Shifting of generator DB and electrical load distribution - As-built drawings - Air conditioning units (inverter type) with installation and shifting - Standard strong room door fire proof with installation and testing The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the complete renovation and refurbishment as per drawings, specifications and instructions of the Engineer. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council with PEC category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bidders must have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4.0 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on LCBS basis. The contract performance guarantee is not required (0%). Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding.
