Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment work of its Timber Market Branch (0835) located in Multan, Multan Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2027-28 and aims to upgrade the branch facilities comprehensively.
Items being procured include:
- Dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fixtures
- Shifting of existing branch furniture, heavy duty safe and fireproof almirah
- Dismantling of RCC walls of strong room and locker room
- Reinforced cement concrete works including walls for vault, beams, lintels
- Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars
- Brick masonry work of various thicknesses
- Plaster work and PCC underfloor and flooring
- Porcelain tiles flooring and skirting
- Granite on stairs, thresholds, and main entrance podium
- Glass doors (external and internal wooden frame)
- Porcelain tiles on toilet walls and floors
- Vanity counters with granite
- Column cladding with MDF and tactile sheets
- Wooden doors and partitions including glass and oak veneer wooden partitions
- Bulkhead and internal paint works
- Wooden cabinets for record room, banking hall, and kitchen
- Gypsum sheet false ceiling and lamination gypsum tile false ceiling
- Cornice, blinds, stainless steel railing
- Front elevation tiles including porcelain, center flex, wooden textured tiles
- Aluminum windows and safety grills
- Collapsible doors and steel doors for ATM, guard room, emergency exit
- Wall cladding with laminated tactile sheets
- Cash counters, wooden drawers
- Roof screeding and waterproofing
- Termite proofing
- Tuff tiles and wooden false ceiling
- Fiber glass shed
- Logo/theme wall
- Roof marble and perforated ceiling
- Repairing aluminum composite material
- Construction of main holes and bitumen strong room
- Concrete pavers
- Wooden pelmet, rafters, wall paneling
- Partitions with fabric and tempered glass

- Plumbing fixtures including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories
- Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, GI pipes, valves
- Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings
- External sewer and manholes construction
- Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets
- Data, voice, TV wiring and telephone cables
- Electrical LT cabling with PVC insulated copper conductor cables
- Lighting fixtures including LED panel lights, spot lights, linear lights, fans, exhaust fans
- Power sockets and switches
- Distribution boards and internal components
- Earthing system including chemical enhanced earthing
- Fire extinguishers
- Furniture including branch manager tables, officer tables, credenza, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, reception chairs, sofas, center and side tables, writing desks, reception counters
- Air conditioning units (split AC inverter type 1.5 and 2 ton) with installation and accessories
The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the works as per drawings, specifications, and instructions of the Consultant/Engineer. The contract duration is 180 days.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active FBR ATL status, and experience of at least two similar contracts of minimum PKR 25 million completed in the last three years.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
