Managed Email and Web Hosting Services

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites eligible service providers registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and listed on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of both authorities to submit proposals for MANAGED EMAIL & WEB HOSTING SERVICES through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This procurement is managed by TransPeshawar, responsible for urban rapid transit projects under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Managed Email Services - Web Hosting Services The scope includes comprehensive management and hosting of email and web services to support TransPeshawar's operational needs. Detailed technical requirements are provided in the Request for Proposal documents available on the TransPeshawar website and EPADS portal. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA, reflected on the ATL, and comply with all relevant tax and regulatory requirements. Bid security must be submitted as per the RFP instructions. The procurement will follow a Single Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 13, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the TransPeshawar office located at First Floor, KPUMA Building, Main BRT Depot, Opposite NHA Complex, Main GT Road, Peshawar. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by August 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Hard copy submissions are not allowed. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of attending service providers. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your FBR and KPRA registrations are active and correctly reflected on the ATL before submission to avoid disqualification.
