Provision of Managed Wi-Fi Solution for Newly Constructed Hostel Connectivity

The International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Islamabad Campus, is procuring a managed Wi-Fi solution specifically designed for newly constructed hostel connectivity. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the wireless network infrastructure at the university's new campus located in Sector H-10, Islamabad Capital Territory. The procurement is under the financial year 2026-27 and follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Huawei CloudEngine S5735-L-V2 PoE Switch, Qty=2 - Huawei AP AirEngine 6776-57T with controller License or equivalent, Qty=46 - Cat 6 Cable (24 AWG), UTP, 305 m Box, Corning/Molex/Hikvision/3M/Equivalent, Qty=15 - Adam G Duct 16 x 38 (10 Feet Length) as per actual, Qty=300 - APs Protection Casing with Installation, Qty=46 - Installation of duct, flexible pipe, AP, protection case & Switch Rack, One Job - 12 U Switch Rack with sides open/close, Qty=2 The scope includes supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, user training, and documentation of the managed Wi-Fi system. The solution must be fully compatible with the existing Huawei AirEngine 9700-M1 Wireless LAN Controller and support centralized management without replacing the existing wireless infrastructure. All equipment must be brand new, genuine, and carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN and GST registration, active taxpayer status, manufacturer authorization, minimum five years of relevant experience, and completion of at least three similar projects. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must submit a bid security of 5% of the quoted price and a performance security of 10% of the contract price. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The bid must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and quoted on a FOR basis to the International Islamic University, New Campus, Sector H-10, Islamabad.
