The Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayyed Hospital Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Management and Business Professionals and Administrative Services. The firm must have active tax payer status with LRA registration certificate and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The firm should have audited financial flows for the years 2025-26 by a thirty party audit firm. The service provider must submit work plans for each shift and duty roster of guards ensuring hospital security services. The firm must agree unconditionally with all terms and conditions specified in bidding documents and contract agreement. The firm must have a corporate office in Quetta city with a renewed license from Home & Tribal Affairs Department, Government of Balochistan. Firms without NOC from PTA for intercommunication system or without pay challans or BRA clearance certificate will not be considered. Eligibility requires PEC category 37 (Human Resources & Recruitment), FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money of 2% bid security in the form of deposit at call.
