The Director General Sports (Stadium & Sports Complex) Balochistan invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of management event management services in Quetta. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Invitation of Management Event Management (Total Items Count: 11) The scope includes comprehensive event management services for sports and stadium events, requiring experienced firms capable of handling complex assignments. The bidding firm must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 41 Million each in the previous 3 years. Additionally, the firm must have at least PKR 41 Million in 2 subsequent years of audited accounts and valid FBR registration certificate. The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any government agency. The bid security required is 2% of the bid value in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
