Supply of Manufactured Vehicles and Accessories

The Chief Minister's Secretariat, Quetta, Government of Balochistan, invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must demonstrate at least one assignment of similar nature and complexity valued at **PKR 10,000,000** during the previous three years, turnover of at least **PKR 12,000,000** in each of the three subsequent previous years, active taxpayer status, and a valid sales tax certificate. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The offered vehicles must carry the manufacturer's standard warranty of at least three years or 60,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, and comply with the technical specifications. Non-manufacturers must be authorized dealers or distributors and should have relevant government or reputable private-sector supply experience. The bidder must provide a dealership facility in Quetta for timely repairs, maintenance, warranty support, and genuine spare parts. Bid security of 2 percent of the quoted amount is required as a deposit at call from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned. No tender fee is required. Electronic bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard by **19 August 2026 at 02:00 PM**. Tenders will be opened electronically the same day at **02:15 PM**.
