Supply of Manufactured Vehicles and Accessories for Improvement and Rehabilitation of Hairdin Drainage System

The Project Director Improvement and Rehabilitation of Hairdin Drainage System Naseerabad invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories. This procurement is managed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and is based in Quetta, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Manufactured Vehicles & Accessories (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The scope includes supply of vehicles and related accessories essential for the improvement and rehabilitation works of the Hairdin Drainage System. The procurement requires bidders to have a strong technical and financial background, including 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 17,500,000 in the previous 3 years. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not permissible. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Additionally, bidders should have a 3S dealership facility at Quetta for timely repair and maintenance of vehicles. Financially, bidders must have audited reports for the last 3 years and at least 5 completed work orders of similar nature worth PKR 100 million in the last year, with a minimum of 3 ongoing jobs. European Standard ISO 9001:2015 registration is mandatory. The tender fee is PKR 1,000 and a bid security of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
