Tender Description
The Directorate General of Social Welfare & Special Education Balochistan is procuring manufactured vehicles and accessories in Quetta. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the department by supplying quality vehicles and related accessories. The tender requires bidders to submit electronic bids only, with no physical bids accepted. The scope includes supply of vehicles with complete technical specifications and accessories as per the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum value of PKR 4,500,000 in the last two years and a turnover of at least PKR 4,800,000 in the two subsequent previous years. Firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bidders must have an office in Balochistan and be registered with SECP. Submission of a bid security amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank is mandatory.
Tender documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 06 June 2026 by 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
