Manufacturing and Repairing of Francis Turbine Parts for Kel Power Station Neelum Valley

AJ&K Power Development Organization Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids from reputed firms and companies with relevant experience in manufacturing and repairing Francis Turbine parts. The scope includes manufacturing, repairing, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical parts of Francis turbine with a capacity of 250kW for Kel Kalalote Power Station in Neelum Valley AJK. Items being procured: - Manufacturing and repairing of turbine and their parts (Francis Turbine) The bidding document will be issued only to firms that have successfully completed two similar jobs and possess their own workshop facility for manufacturing and repairing. Materials used must conform to IEC standards. The tender document containing detailed specifications, drawings, and scope of work can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of a bank draft of Rs. 10,000 in favor of MD AJK PDO. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 11:30 HRS dated 28-08-2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 HRS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the undersigned. A CDR amounting to Rs. 90,000 in shape of pay order or bank draft in favor of Dy. Director (O&M) AJK Power Development Organization Muzaffarabad must be enclosed with the bid. Bids without CDR will be rejected. The bidding process will follow the single stage single envelope procedure of AJK PPRA rules. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per prevailing rules enforced in AJK. The procuring agency reserves rights as per AJK PPRA rules. Bids received after the due date and time will not be entertained. Blacklisted firms, suppliers, contractors, or bidders are prohibited from participation. All bidders must furnish an affidavit certifying they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with the government anywhere in AJK, Federally Administered Areas, or Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure all required documents including CDR and proof of experience are attached to avoid rejection. Timely submission and compliance with the tender conditions are critical for successful participation.
