Manufacturing and Supply of Spare Parts for Intake Water Transfer Pumps Unit 2, 3 & 4 at Water Pre-Treatment Section TPS Jamshoro

This tender invites qualified firms to participate in the manufacturing and supply of spare parts for intake water transfer pumps units 2, 3, and 4 at the Water Pre-Treatment Section of TPS Jamshoro. The procurement is managed by Jamshoro Power Company Limited, a subsidiary of Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), located in Jamshoro, Sindh. Items being procured: - S.S Coupler, 8 Nos, Material S.S, Size: 88.5 x 64 x 195 x 12.75mm - Shaft Lower, 2 Nos, Material: Carbon, Size: 75 x 2765 mm - Intermediate bearing / Balance Wheel, 4 Nos, Material: Cast Iron, Size: 580 x 495 x 135mm, Length: 205mm, Thickness: 22 mm - S.S Check Nut for Impeller Shaft lower, 2 Nos, Size: 85 x 56 x 58 mm - Diffuser Casing, 2 Nos, Material: Cast Iron, Size: 490 x 397 x 372 mm (As per sample) - S.S Sleeve rubber Bearing with rubber lining, 18 Nos, Size: 100 x 112 x 80 x 120 x 5mm - S.S Sleeve Rubber bearing with rubber lining, 10 Nos, Size: 89 x 79 x 65 x 100 mm The technical scope includes manufacturing these mechanical spare parts according to standard design and specifications under the supervision of the Engineer Incharge. All materials and workmanship must meet applicable standards; substandard work or materials will be rejected and must be replaced at the contractor's own risk and cost. The work is to be carried out at the TPS Jamshoro site. Eligibility criteria require firms to have their own mechanical workshop and sufficient experience in manufacturing mechanical equipment parts used in thermal power plants. Firms must be NTN and GST registered in the manufacturing field and active taxpayers, with documentary evidence to be attached. The tender documents can be downloaded from EPAD or the JPCL website. Bids must be uploaded on EPAD by 11:30 AM on 27th July 2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. A 5% earnest money of the quoted bid cost is mandatory, submitted as a Call Deposit Pay Order from scheduled banks in favor of Resident Engineer (M), TPS Jamshoro. The original pay order hard copy must be submitted before bid opening.
