Prequalification of Marine Lubricants Manufacturers for Supply at International Ports

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) Karachi invites prequalification applications from marine lubricants manufacturers for supply at international ports. This procurement is aimed at establishing a closed framework agreement for the on-demand supply of original marine lubricants that meet the specifications of all major marine engines and auxiliaries as specified by OEMs such as Everlence, Ex MAN B&W, Hitachi, Hyundai, Yanmar, Daihatsu, Wartsila, and others. Items being procured: - Original Marine Lubricants approved by OEMs for major marine engines and auxiliaries The scope includes supply at international ports through subsequent call-off contracts with successful bidders. The prequalification process is open to all international applicants who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the prequalification documents.
